Mr. Suda began his career with Motorola where he worked for 10 years in Japan and the United States Also, he worked Merrill Lynch, Citi Group, Mizuho securities, BMW as a Global HR.
He has worked Senior Human Resources Officer with more than 20 years of leadership in complex global organizations. Demonstrated ability to drive change and achieve business results leveraging customized HR solutions including M&A HR due diligence, post-merger integration both sell side, buy side and also organizational design, talent acquisition, leadership development.
Effectively partnered with senior leadership teams to implement large scale business transformations and cultural change. Strong team builder across cultures and geographies

Transaction experience

Mr. Suda has led by four major M&A integration as an HR Officer. He mainly plays a roll buy side such as a Merrill Lynch / Yamaichi Securities, Citi group / Nikko Cordial Securities, Mizuho securities / Shinko Securities. Also, sell-side BMW Osaka / Sojitz Co Ltd.
He has also experience of global transformation such as Mizuho securities globalization (all HR systems, interface global financial agency) and BMW Japan alien with the global HR system and all remuneration policies.

Then he moved to SAP as Vice President for Communications(Telecom, Media and Utility) Industry, Alliance Partner and Consulting Sales. After that, he worked at Symantec as Senior Director, Head of Channel Japan, and Equinix, top global data center company, as Senior Director, Head of Sales Japan.
He has experience in leadership for all IT business, including Consulting, Application, Server, Software, Cloud, Service business and Network.

Tony Ling

Work experience

Tony has 8 years of investment and business advisory experience as Portfolio Team Executive at global private equity fund, Cinven ($12 billion large-cap buyout fund).

He spearheaded country growth strategies and sourced M&A targets across Southeast Asia, China, Korea, Japan and India for more than 10 portfolio companies across Healthcare, Industrial, Consumer, and Service sectors.

He also led commercial due diligence in Asia having built over 80 business plans for potential investment targets and underwrote business cases totaling billions of dollars for the global investment committee.

He has a track record across multiple roles across the private equity investment life-cycle, including portfolio performance analytics and fund-raising.

Son (Steven) Do

Son started business advisory career since his 3rd year in college as a coordinator for KOTRA Vietnam, helping connect Korean businesses with Vietnamese local partners. Since 2014, he worked for Vietinbank as a FDI corporate advisor and devoted his efforts to assist customers in semiconductor, manufacturing, and retail industries to implement growth strategy and optimize their local business structure.
After 2 year pursuing higher education in Japan, Son continues to leverage his experience and network to add more values to the mutual advantages between Vietnamese companies and foreign investors, especially Japanese investors, through in-depth local market insights and entry strategy advisory.

Son graduated from National Economic University, major in Finance and Banking. In 2018, he earned his MBA in Doshisha University Graduate School of Business, with extensive research on Vietnam cross-border Mergers and Acquisitions.

Khuong Tran

He has played an instrumental role in various technology projects and has established a track record of creating innovative technology products from scratch.Having founded two startups in the past, Khuong has gained significant experience in managing business operations and pays close attention to detail.
After finishing his 2-year master's program in international business at Josai, Khuong embarked on a career as a consultant for venture businesses. In this capacity, he has successfully provided businesses with efficient solutions and strategies for raising capital from foreign investors, with a specific emphasis on Japanese investors.

Njabulo Sibisi

Previous work experience

Mr Sibisi is former Leveraged Finance banking specialist in the mid-market space and has executed a number structured lending transactions including acquisition, shareholder buyout, private equity buy-in and economic empowerment transactions in South Africa.
Whilst completing his Master’s in Business Administration in Japan, he focused on strategic management for innovation and change as well as business analysis and valuation. As part of the JICA program, Njabulo gained insight into the successes of Japanese management as well as invaluable skill of planning and executing management strategy through internships obtained at Mitsubishi Heavy Industry and Panasonic Eco Solutions.
During these internships, Njabulo learned and identified the important need to provide local market insight to foreign companies. Through the collaboration with the Panasonic Eco Solutions team, Mr Sibisi was able to develop a sustainable market entry strategy for the company with in-depth elaboration on market positioning and potential return on investment. Mr Sibisi has focused on consulting with small and medium sized businesses within South Africa, assisting in the development of a structured business model poised to achieve continued growth and sustainable results.
